This is one of our new innovation project where Heat is recovered from Test Cells Engine Exhaust Total – 6 Nos. and hot water is generated at each Heat Recovery Unit . This hot water collectively taken to Paint Shops WDO & PBO where it is circulated through Radiators and Hot Air is Supplied to Ovens. This saves almost 7 Kg of LPG / Hr.
Complete system is Automised with Online Heat recovery Monitoring and control , Various system control measures are taken for safe operation of the system through installing Temp. sensors , Pressure switches , Control Valves etc.
